Enterprises shall implement the main responsibility part, require enterprises to establish special classes for epidemic prevention and control and production and operation, and formulate epidemic prevention and control and closed-loop management plans; The enterprise shall formulate the epidemic prevention and control and closed-loop management plan and submit the plan to the municipal / district epidemic prevention and control department for approval; We will implement the double veto and resolutely prevent enterprises with imperfect epidemic prevention and control and inadequate safety production from returning to work.

Implement the part of site zoning and classified management, requiring enterprises to implement classified management according to different areas such as factory entrance, production area, living area, toilet, waste treatment site and public space; Implement different epidemic prevention standards for different regions, realize the physical isolation between regions, and implement the "two points and one line" management of public places and residences.

Strengthen the employee management of the enterprise, require the enterprise to implement the whole process closed management, and do a good job of non-contact shift change between employees of different teams; Do a good job in the daily health monitoring and registration of all employees, adhere to two tests a day, antigen test in the morning and nucleic acid test in the evening.

Strengthen the logistics management and epidemic prevention material reserve. The enterprise is required to set up special routes and fixed places for the entry and exit of living materials into and out of the plant area, and isolate them from other areas. The vehicle drivers and passengers of the supplier enter the plant area in strict accordance with the epidemic prevention requirements, and the enterprise arranges fixed personnel to receive, load, unload, store, unpack, disinfect, etc.

Enterprises should do a good job in the emergency response plan and work guarantee. Once there is an emergency, enterprises must control the diffusion and spillover to the greatest extent, strengthen communication with the territorial Government, and establish a contact channel for the transfer of positive personnel; District governments, streets, towns and parks should actively support enterprises to resume work and production, guide enterprises to "one enterprise and one policy", set up nucleic acid detection points and provide detection services, and provide basic services for the guarantee of epidemic prevention materials and living materials.
